KHJ TV
I was a typist at CBS and suddenly was invited by Richard Dawson to work on his "Tempo" show at KHJ-TV. This was long before he joined the cast of Hogan's Heroes, did four years on Laugh-In, and achieved world-fame on Family Feud so much so that he was featured in Schwarzenegger's Running Man film. I knew Dawson as "Dickie", far from his original UK name of Colin Emm, eh? His wife, actress and model Diana Dors and I were good friends for a long time. They divorced in 1968. Diana took these shots of me on the back lot of KHJ-TV studios.
